Assisting humanity through energetic and spiritual healing in their awakening and ascension process. Based in the Hudson Valley, I offer remote healing sessions around the world.

I’ve been a practitioner and teacher of Yoga both privately and publicly since 2002. I studied for six years at a Traditional School of Yoga where for five years I was Program Director, after which I left the area and moved to the Adirondacks to live in solitude, retreat, and immerse myself in Swadhyaya (self-study). This was a personal choice to heal my body and my life by walking in nature every day, journaling, writing a memoir, leading spiritual retreats for women, and finding what I was seeking, which is detailed in my book, Adirondack Retreat, My Midlife Journey to Wholeness.

In 2010, I traveled to India to further my studies, staying at the Shanti Mandir Ashram in Magod. Upon my return I resumed teaching and hosting retreats both in the Hudson Valley and the Adirondacks. 

In time, I felt a strong urge to seek a teacher. My Soul has always been a strong and powerful guide in my life. Not long after, a teacher appeared in an unexpected way. I began her mentoring program with a Light Being Activation Course, then on to her Multidimensional Healing Course for 2+ years. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to study with such a beautiful Soul. 

Today, I bring my life experience and studies into my work, which is to assist humanity in awakening and remembering their own Divinity – assisting others in ascending beyond the dense energies of the 3rd dimension into the Light of Being to assist you in discovering your own amazing Light, limitless potential and extraordinary gifts.
