I invite you to nurture your body, breath, mind, and spirit through the practice of Yoga as I was taught by my great teacher. Offering group classes and private instructions to all ages with detailed and gentle guidance; each class includes asana's (postures), pranayama (breath), dhyana (meditation), self reflection, intention, healing affirmations and guidance on your own journey inward. All of this to discover your highest capabilities, to build your physical strength and flexibility, calm and clear your mind, claim your radiant health and empower your Spirit.
Private classes are available by appointment.
Level II Yoga is a more challenging class to build physical strength and flexibility. Each class includes self awareness, Pranayama (breath), warm-ups, strengthening, Asanas (poses), cool down, Savasana (rest) and meditation. This traditional Yoga practice is for body, mind, spirit and Life.
