Offering group classes and private instructions to all ages with detailed and gentle guidance; each class includes asana's (postures), pranayama (breath), dhyana (meditation), self reflection, intention, healing affirmations and guidance on your own journey inward. All of this to discover your highest capabilities, to build your physical strength and flexibility, calm and clear your mind, claim your radiant health and empower your Spirit.
